"Just wish thwy had parking"

"The one bedroom apartment was the perfect room for my trip. It was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes (and coffee and tea), and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. The building was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet and within walking distance of many sites. "

"We had a wonderful stay and the place was clean and put together. My only complaint was that for 6 people we could not shower without running out of hot water. The hot water seemed to be good for about 2 people. "

"The apartment was lovely and well stocked. I love the keyless entry system that worked flawlessly. The only downside is the location on an alley with some interesting activity. Just be aware of your surroundings in the early morning or at night as you enter or exit."

"This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!"

"The place was fresh and felt new. Very contemporary. I liked it. Full kitchen was also nice. Oh. And laundry in unit. So good. The view was awesome. If you go. Ask for 7th floor, back side (710 to be specific) Only thing i will say is the bed was extremely firm. Also no tv in the bedroom. Other than that it was great. "

"We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive."

"This was the most convenient location for attending a local business event. Exactly as expected. the only thing that threw me off was the online check in proceedure, which was just not working for me and it really added a lot of stress. I finally called and the person at the desk told me not to worry about it and just stop by. Also the thermostat could not be changed and opted to just turn it off."

"Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "

"Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m."
