Enjoy the golden sands of the beach, whether its building sandcastles, swimming in the sea, or taking a leisurely stroll. Neighbouring coastal resorts of Cromer, with its famous pier, and Sheringham, home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway both with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The pretty seaside village of Happisburgh has a picturesque lighthouse, Waxham, and Horsey also offer great sandy beaches backed by dunes.
