“Location - excellent”

“Perfect stay for the night. Communication was great and property was clean and had everything we needed.”

“No hot water because of it flooded the basement. It smelt like black mold and”

“We had such a nice stay here for a trip to Boston. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the red line. Only positive things to say about the house and our stay!”

“Absolutely spotless, gorgeous place with everything we needed and more. We felt very safe and completely comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were especially comfortable and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Perfectly located for access to the T—about a 20-minute walk to the Red Line, and for the days we didn’t feel like walking, the town bus directly across the street made getting there effortless. Because of the convenient transit access, we didn’t need……

“The most well-outfitted VRBO I’ve ever stayed at (and I have stayed at dozens). Everything we could want or need was already there! The location was superb- across the street from the beach, a couple minutes walk to a playground for the grandsons, and the best clam shack (The Clam Box) steps away from the playground! Close to a T stop (we drove because we had little kids with us).The bedroom arrangement is slightly strange with rooms inside rooms, but worked out great for our group- grandparents……

“The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped.”

“JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.”
