From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I must commend all the team for their exceptional hospitality and assistance, particularly in helping us with our luggage and going the extra mile to upgrade our rooms. However, what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture made by Leonardo's staff. Upon entering my son's room, we were greeted with a delightful surprise – birthday balloons, confetti, and an array of complimentary treats to celebrate his special day. It was a gesture that left my son overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. The impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality provided by the Leonardo MK team made our celebration even more memorable.
