“We had an awesome time at the Loft in Clipston. The house has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and being close to Market Harborough is a real plus, as it is a lovely town. The loft has a fantastic kitchen and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. If you are looking for a great stay in the East Midlands this is an excellent spot! Thanks for having us, Susan!”

“Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. And the true sign of great service is how it works when life throws in a curve ball.( in our case it was having to arrive earlier than planned and earlier than……

“We had a good night’s sleep. There are several suggestions for improvement: 1 - could not lock the door from the inside. 2 - Add a hand towel or two to the two bath towels. 3 - Take care of the bugs in the bath.”

“My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area.”

“Unfortunately the place is tied and old. The cooker/oven is not fit for purpose. You should not have to buy a box of matches and stick your upper body in to light it, it’s not safe. The bathroom is unpleasant at best. No amenities, no toilet paper, and kitchen is barely usable, no real utensils or useful pans. I would not stay again, it really does not meet minimum standards.”

“Do not book this property! No reply to messages prior to arrival and then cancelled the booking on the day of arrival! He left 10 people without accommodation and no notice. I now have to wait for my refund and am £350 down plus expenses to reorganise alternative urgent accommodation. Ruined our event and was really stressful. Do not book with this accommodation, liable to cancel on the day! Not to be trusted for large group bookings!”
