"This place is a gem. Walking into La Posada feels like being welcomed into someone’s beautifully curated home — the art, the decor, the gardens, the history of the building itself. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, it feels like you’re a guest somewhere special. But the food. Oh my god, the food. We eat out a LOT — my partner and I are serious restaurant people — and the Turquoise Room was hands down the best meal we’ve had in a very long time. We were on a week-long Arizona road trip hitting some incredible spots, and dinner at La Posada was one of the highlights of the entire trip. If you’re driving through Winslow, this isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a reason to stop."

"The current rating and price point would make one believe you might be finding a real hidden gem. Unfortunately, that really isn't the case. Our room had a drawer that wouldn't stay in the dresser and kept creeping out. We predicted that one dark bathroom trip would end in a painful impact at about knee height. I happened to have a usb cord of marginal quality in the bottom of my bag and tied it off the drawer for the night. The cleanliness of the room was below average. There was a visible stain of likely biological origin on the bed skirt and there were crumbs on the floor indicating vacuuming had been a little neglected. Breakfast was decent and the staff we encountered was fantastic. We will look for an alternative on our next trip to the area."

"Very clean, spacious room. Plentiful free parking. Bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room, also the large TV. Room was quiet. The only issue was the continental breakfast. They ran out of food very quickly and people were waiting around for it to be replenished. Did not see any employees monitoring the food situation."

"sad was the room was a little musty so when we turned on the AC for a while and stepped out it was fine when we got back to the room . Great bed for sleeping . The HOT water was almost scalding but appreciated Great area lots to see and do with the Canyon WOW ! "
