「The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key). 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here in Calgary. Very clean unit, comfortable bed and ease of access and location. Would recommend to anyone coming to Calgary looking for a quiet downtown location that still offers walking distance to great food and the downtown amenities. Great customer service by Karyna who looked after us as well. 」

「We have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was super clean, nice, and in the best location. The manager was so helpful and nice and check in and out went very smoothly. The apartment is perfect for a trip when you want to do a lot of walking in Calgary, we did not have to uber or drive anywhere because of its central downtown location. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Calgary!」

「The property was as described. It was clean and in a great location. Sel was great to communicate with.」

「We loved the property, new building, new furniture, fun decor. Fully equipped with what you need to stay here and beyond. The host had welcoming snacks which was unexpected, there was definitely a lot of thought going into this space making it a happy stay for guests. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely. The beds were also very comfortable for us. I have zero complaints here. 」

「The place was cute but needs a good cleaning. There was no face cloths and very few towels, the bedding and towels didn’t smell very clean. The couch was very dirty and needs a good steam cleaning. I liked the area, China town is awesome and the restaurants around there are amazing. 」
