"The motel was just average, but when you look at the town of Clayton, NM, you can see why. The town is very small (like 1 stop light), so that says it all. Still, I was happy that I stayed there. The room was clean, the bathroom was larger than usual rooms that size, and it was quiet. I recommend it as I would stay there again."

"The bath mat was molded, the side of the tub was molded from the molded bath mat. There was water damage through the bathroom walls. The mini fridge had no freezer space. The room smelled of mold covered with some spray. The lights came on an hour after a flashlight was needed to get down the dark upstairs breezeway that was covered in water. The only upside was the balcony. The breakfast was basic. AM front desk was rude, PM had a vibe. Entrapped vibe not enchanted"
