Lovely cottage situated on a beautiful private lot. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath on the main floor (3 queens) - main floor is 1400 square feet with a great kitchen and dinning area. The forth bedroom is located in the basement off the rec room and has a queen size bed. The rec room is partially finished and has large sofa, tv/dvd, and crafts area perfect for kids to play during a rainy afternoon.
