「If you’re a bugaphobe, this place is not for you, way too many spiders and bugs. Also meaning the property was not cleaned properly. The bathrooms are also very awkward, the shower doesn’t heat properly. Very thin walls. The stove and oven are just for show. All in all, the place looks amazing and the cafe and restaurant were nice as well, the room was spacious as well. One very important thing is to get food before the restaurant closes because there is no other food nearby for miles.」

「Our stay at the Hyatt House was very enjoyable! The property and our room was very clean! The staff were nice & professional. We lost one of our keys, and they replaced it without any issues.」

「The place is brand new. They’ve been open for about a month, that part was nice. Not everything is 100% yet though. One of the washing machines didn’t work so I was up all night redoing my laundry. The staff would not reimburse me. Then after that caused me to be up all night, they would not give me a late checkout. The front desk staff were just not that good. The rooms are pretty nice but the beds are pretty cheap」

「I was a little hesitant to book here for a business trip since there were no reviews but quickly realized it was a new establishment. My room (bed, shower, everything) was excellent quality and the staff was very helpful when I needed anything. The amenities and location were great and I had an amazing stay (the bed was my favorite part SO comfortable)!」

「After driving 12 hrs and exhausted we finally arrived to checking to our room that we booked a week ahead. Only to find out they only check in guest from 3 to 6 pm , this was not made clear on the booking site ! This is a hotel . My children and I had no where to sleep in the dead of night with no cell phone signal in the middle of nowhere at 11 at night . After no success in reaching the hotel staff we needed up driving a Treacherous Road almost hit six deer but finally found a town two hours...

「It is an old hotel with lots of charm (on the outside). The lobby falls a little flat and could use a little more character and tbh... it smelled unpleasant! The room was very nice and looked as expected as shown in the photos. The king bed was very nice and comfortable, however the pillows were not - they went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I think an addition of a desk would go a long way. The walls are thin so I heard our very loud neighbors talking on the phone 11pm at night....
