「The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.」

「This is a great little getaway spot for my wife’s birthday. Only 15 minutes from Jefferson and Caddo Lake, beautiful drives on the back roads, great view of the creek and awesome to have a fully screened in porch to get away from the bugs. Our misunderstanding was looking solely at the pictures made us feel like It was more secluded than it actually was.」

「The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor.」

「The description and photos of this home were off quite a bit. We were under the impression we would have a place to dock our boat. Considering the main focal point in the description is “dock access” and kayaking. You cannot see the water at all from the home, you have to drive to launch your boat, it is 4 each launch and there is nowhere to keep it at the property. There were also a few vehicles taking up parking in the back which is where we would’ve felt more comfortable keeping our vehicle...

「Great place to stay and relax. We enjoyed the kayaks and all the amenities offered. The porches were a great place to sit and relax all day. We had campfires and hot tub time at night. It rained a bit extra one day and the septic seemed to back up but it resolved and the owner was very responsive to us.I would definitely stay again!」
