「Everything was perfect. Place was very clean and organized. Hostess was very nice and an amazing cook. I suggest eating there as every dish was great. If we get back to Madeira then this is a must stay if outside of Funchal.」

「The hotel is located in a very old building, and unfortunately the rooms feel quite humid. The breakfast is very basic with limited options. Another downside is the poor soundproofing — you can hear everything happening in the hallways and nearby rooms. 」

「Selon certains commentaires, l'hôtel a eu un épisode de punaises de lit il y a 10 mois. Lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas eu de punaises mais une infestation de cafards (chambre et salle de bain) au milieu de la nuit. Nous avons tout de suite contacté le numéro de "garde" de l'hôtel (réception fermée à 1h du matin) afin de trouver une alternative et d'être remboursés. Nous avons finalement passé la nuit dans notre voiture jusqu'à l'ouverture de la réception. Le lendemain, la réceptionniste...
