"Overall, the Kensington Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, during my 3-night, 4-day stay, the issue with ants in the room was never resolved, which was quite troublesome. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the room was beautiful, making my stay enjoyable."

"This is probably the best hotel on island. We’ve stayed in different properties over the years, but ARC is the most genuine and Saipan-like. The staff are always ready to work for you and are super pleasant and professional. The food is totally decent and the bar is absolutely capable. We had Sunday brunch which was great plus they serve actual champagne for the free flow!! The rooms are comfortable if a wee dark. Everything is clean but perhaps a bit dated. But it’s Saipan!
