He also gave us detailed directions on how to get there. We were also awaiting our luggage that had been delayed at the airport and since we werent sure when they might arrive he offered to ensure that he would be there to receive them. He provided his cell number and told him to call...

Very warm and personable staff. Restaurants and gelato is 10 min walk along the lake, into less touristy winding town of Bellano.」

「Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Very unique location across the street from the castello, park and great restaurants. Also close to the Duomo and shops and restaurants in that area. Staff very kind and helpful. Because of location the room can get noise from traffic and people, but neither disrupted our sleep. The entrance is older but the rooms are certainly modern.」

「Isabella was so easy to communicate with before arriving and during our visit. They stored our bags after we arrived then even delivered to our room. She had a light breakfast of packaged pastries and fresh fruit as well as juice n coffee for us. Our room was spacious. And the bed pillows and temperature was so comfortable. We would easily stay here again. It is less than 10 min walk to Metro so easy to navigate the city and restaurants.」
