“Isabella was so easy to communicate with before arriving and during our visit. They stored our bags after we arrived then even delivered to our room. She had a light breakfast of packaged pastries and fresh fruit as well as juice n coffee for us. Our room was spacious. And the bed pillows and temperature was so comfortable. We would easily stay here again. It is less than 10 min walk to Metro so easy to navigate the city and restaurants.”

“The hotel room was large and spacious for a European hotel, clean and friendly staff. Location was central with shopping, restaurant and cafes right at the doorstep. 10minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria.”

After we settled in he took the time to show us how to get to all the places that are worth seeing in the area including things we werent even aware were there. He also gave us detailed directions on how to get there. We were also awaiting our luggage that had been delayed at the airport and since we werent sure when they might arrive he offered to ensure that he would be there to receive them. He provided his cell number and told him to call……

“I only met one staff almost the last day. It is all done through Whatsapp. The room was nice, very small, small bathroom and shower but maintained. You need to use stairs to get to a very small elevator. Overall it was nice. You need to follow instructions that they send you to be able to open 3 doors to get to your room.”

“Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal da. Es war diesmal nicht ganz so ruhig dort, liegt vermutlich dar,an, dass sich das BnB vergrößert hat. Der zusätzliche Parkplatz ist zwar praktisch, da man nicht durch das enge Tor fahren muss, aber der Untergrund ist nicht so gut. Da könnte man etwas verbessern. Das Frühstück war wieder wunderbar und die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich!”
