“Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. ”

“Villa Martina was the perfect place for our family stay in July. The views of Lake Como are absolutely stunning and having a private boat dock out back made it even more special. The villa is spacious with multiple suites on different levels, giving everyone room to relax. We loved that there were great restaurants just a short walk away. A truly amazing experience from start to finish.”

“The location was excellent! We couldn't have been more happy. We were a party of 10 (8 adults,2 kids) and this was perfect spot for us. There was plenty of room, well equipped, and everything was very clean. The views from this home are so much better in person, than the picture’s online! Check-in with Jennifer was very helpful and check out was just as smooth. It's very close to all main attractions, restaurants, and lake. Driving up to the villa can be a little tight, but just take your time.……

“Fantastically equipped and freshly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Como. The host was very friendly and helped information. The parking hill was a little steep and tight but other than that, the room was fantastic. 20 minute drive to either Como or Bellagio. Toys for the kids to play with and fully equipped kitchen minus a coffee maker. Highly recommended!!!”

“I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. ”
