"I check in at 3 I check out at 7 the same day the room provide was dirty the bed pillows covers wasn’t changed the bathroom not scrub down and the head board of the bed was dirty with hand stains . Also the towels the put the bathroom still had a stain on it . I willl never stay this hotel again I drove 3 hrs and left the same day to drive 3 hrs back"

"Nice clean rooms and a beautiful setting. The way we were treated was disappointing. One Example - My family were asked to stand to the side after ordering In coffee shop while locals were served and their food prepared and then after sometime we were told our items were no longer available. Please treat everyone with respect."

"We stayed here for one night as a family of four during an overnight trip. Although the hotel is older, we were pleasantly surprised by how well it has been maintained. The front desk staff was very cooperative and welcoming, even checking us in at 1:00 AM without any issues. The hallway had a pleasant scent, which added to the overall experience. Our room was spotless—everything was tidy and thoroughly cleaned, which is something that’s not always guaranteed, even in newer hotels. What impressed us the most was the kitchenette: all the items were properly washed and neatly placed inside the dishwasher. That level of attention to detail truly stood out. Bravo—super impressed with our stay!"

"polished version: The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The paint, furnishings, and carpeting all felt dated and drab. Although the room itself was reasonably clean, the worn condition of everything made it feel less fresh than it could have. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and there was plenty of hot water."

"Started of by being moved from my room to an accessible one bed room. No fridge or microwave in the room. One lone small ice machine on main floor (which ran out of ice quickly and a lot). Mold all over shower head and in bedroom. no remote for tv - asked for one and was given a taped up remote that did not work. Asked again for one and never got it. Once I got TV on - just terrible quality. Light above bed was dead. Just a very unrelaxing time there. It was a hard week to get rooms and everywhere else was taken for grad week. So I guess you get what you get when you wait and pay less? The lady at front desk was nice."
