"During our stay, we experienced the following severe issues:
Public Areas: The lobby and level 3 elevator floors were visibly filthy with housekeeping cart wheel marks and were never cleaned during our two-night stay. The women’s lobby bathroom trash was overflowing and remained unemptied the entire weekend, and there was no hand soap.
Room 323: The sink and bathtub backed up. Maintenance ignored our call, forcing my son to ask for a snake to clear the drain himself. The toilet handle was broken, the sheets were stained, the rug was dirty, and all soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were completely empty.
Room 328 (Elderly In-Laws): This room had zero toilet paper. After requesting it, none was delivered. My 87-year-old father-in-law was forced to walk down and get it himself while my mother-in-law with dementia was left stranded on the toilet.
Room 329: The bathtub backed up with water. My husband had to manually pull out a golf-ball-sized glob of hair to make the tub usable. All soap containers were completely empty.
At checkout, I attempted to speak with a manager, but staff informed me that no manager was on-site. So I am filing a formal complaint"
