「This is our 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Everything is always great from the hotel to the staff.」

「The property itself was wonderful...no complaints there. The person who checked us in was not pleasant at all and had the vibe that she hated life. It wasn't a very welcoming experience. Breakfast options were great, but there were three young men (probably 20-22 years old) sleeping in the breakfast area. They were laying along long bench seats and taking up numerous spots to the point that some did not have a place to sit. I wish the staff would have done something, as they were there sleeping...

「I usually don’t write bad reviews and try to find something good to say about hotels that our family stays at. Unfortunately, this one was a bit of a let down. The room was not clean. We found makeup items in the floor that were from previous residents. The beds were not very comfortable. And the pool was not working. This bummed our kids out the most as that was one of the things that we had looked for and nothing on the website said anything about the pool being down. The staff were not bad...

「Very clean room and up to date with decor. We come to New Martinsville for my family reunion every year, and usually stay at a different hotel. We decided to try something different this year and we are glad we did! We will be booking again next year!」
