「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」

「Lovely property immersed in nature. They've made some additions like a wood burning fireplace. I did know that the toilet was in an outbuilding separate from the cabin about 10 steps away. In my head, I thought that the shower and the bathtub were inside the cabin, but they are also in the outbuilding. Not in the same room, but separated by a wall with separate entrances for both. 「I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! Our 3 bedroom apartment was really clean, welcoming, and spacious. From the kitchen cupboards to extra blankets the whole apartment was well equipped. The gardens were lovely, the car parking was easy, the pool and spa were great (loved the spa!) The two balconies were incredible and very private. The walkway to the beach was a perfect bonus. If we ever return to Byron Bay - this is where we will stay again.」

「We found the TV in living room not working at all on the check in day. But could not get any assistance from the front desk as nobody is at the front desk for help. We actually stayed for 3 nights without TV in the living room. It was a bit frustrated as we could only use the TV in the bedroom.」

Our apartment was very well appointed, very clean and had lovely views over the hills behind the coast.
