“Beautiful location, and a lovely hotel. We had an issue with our room and the staff were amazing at getting it sorted asap and we got a little treat for the inconvenience - great customer service. ”

“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“Lovely hotel, did not offer dinner and coffee was only available when the bar was open. The food at the twin towers centre was basic and not good. Great restaurants along the esplanade. The staff were very lovely ”

“This was an excellent experience with clean functional rooms, friendly staff who allowed us to check in early. Parking was directly outside the cabin..perfect!”

“Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am……

“There is a restaurant and bar downstairs. The parking space is crowded. The accommodation conditions are simple and the bed is narrow.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pink Hotel. Very kitsch, unique and cute. Lots of nice touches throughout the room. Everything to love about it. Lauren at the front office very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay ”

“服務員非常友善，我們遲了一點時間才Check-in，想不到她還在等我們，還主動up-grade我們的房間，原因是太重的行李，只住一晚就不用走樓梯上去，還友善的講解如何開車到機場，距離機場真的非常近，5分鐘的車程而已。房間內也很整潔，設備也很齊全，想不到會有多士爐，可能是家庭式房間吧。酒店內還有一個小小的泳池，如果是要早機離開的，絕對推薦前一晚選擇在這裡住一晚，最晚的check-in時間是9點，但請先通知酒店服務員。”

“Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves.”

“Yes, the aircon was good and yes, the shops were just over the road.. A very basic motel but comfortable and suited our needs for two nights..”
