“The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. ”

“The breakfast was good,cleaning was ok with lovely staff,but no fridge in the room.”

“It is a great concept, clean and aesthetically pleasing but clearly a designers vision. The lounge area had a large seating area, but under the TV making it impossible to just comfortably watch something. Kitchenette was well equipped but a Micro/grill/oven combo is no good if the control knob falls of in your hand. In my case possibly a blessing as only being 5’3 I literally would have had to stretch to remove hot food; not that there was any instructions on how to use it! Having told reception……

“The stay at the Lansbury was generally positive. Check-in was quite strict, we spent about three hours for that. I totally understand room can’t be ready upon arrival, regardless I completed check-in around 2:50 p.m. The property is well maintained, though certain areas may require attention.”

“Poor ventilation, so smelly esp from toilet. Poor drainage, floor inside toilet is flooded after bathing at night, & so it's slippery until next morning. Dusty over rack fir ha hanging clothing ”
