The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages."

"It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand."

"This is a super convenient location for me. The Barn is really cute - fabulous decor touches throughout. I appreciate the huge refrig, gas stove, lots of glasses and dishware. Lots of interesting art, artistic touches. One drawback - the bedrooms are upstairs but the only bathroom in downstairs, I did get a lot of good cardio in!"

"I stayed here will attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The apartment was very comfortable. The building's amenities and public spaces were amazing - a library, game room, gym, etc. There were a Whole Foods and CVS in the same building and plenty of restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that the WiFi was pretty unrealiable, both in my room and in the public spaces. "
