This cottage was absolutely perfect for two people. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great for making simple meals, which made the stay even more convenient.
The view is truly unbeatable—nothing but the ocean right in front of you. It doesn’t get better than that.
The host was helpful and accommodating, and there was plenty of space to park our golf cart, which made getting around easy.
We loved our time on Water Island and would definitely……

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is the perfect mix of cozy and well-equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for great sleep. We spent every morning on the deck with coffee; the sunrise views are breathtaking and make every step of those stairs completely worth it.The property felt like a secluded tropical retreat. We loved the local "neighbors", from wild goats on the road to hermit crabs under the stairs and geckos on the deck. The nighttime sounds of the wildlife……

“My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage.
It was the perfect space for two. It is located in a great area; close to town and the beaches but away from the crowd and noise. We hit most of the beaches and went into town at least once a day if not multiple and it was not a hassle.
The place was equipped with everything you would need and more such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, ice packs, coolers and even a grill. We had a few grill nights which turned out great.……
