「I read a lot of negative reviews before going, but couldn’t pass up the price. For the price, this is one of the best lower end hotels me and my wife have stayed in. Very clean, kind management, very quiet. The hot tub was nice as well! Perfect place to stay for cheap if you’re doing things in the area. 」

「What a lovely place to stay. Nice clean room. Breakfast was good. At night you get 3 cocktails and dinner. What an awesome deal. There is a nice bar that is open until midnight. 「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed watching the ducks by the pond behind the building. The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. A truly pleasant experience.」

Furthermore, the bathroom is impeccably maintained. While the price of $260 for a single night may seem somewhat high, it is a Saturday evening, and we were fortunate enough to secure the last available room, which happens to be a semi-accessible one.」

「The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast options were limited, but it has everything you need for a full breakfast.The property is situated along Medical Mile, so there aren't a lot of choices for dining, but it is a very safe area. There is a bus stop close by to take you to Grand Rapids downtown proper.」
