「Lady who worked the desk over night was extremely rude and not helpful. My key every single time I left the hotel room would stop working and I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get them to reactivate it. The room didn’t have a mini fridge and they charge you a “deposit” that they won’t tell you about until you check in. I understand it’s a motel 6 and I didn’t have any expectations but come on now. They didn’t even try.」
