"This was a perfect location for after the Windy City Smokeout. We were able to get a (Free!) parking spot on-premise, and they allowed us to check-out an hour later. It’s within walking distance of the United Center, and there’s an excellent Mexican restaurant just a short walk away. It’s ideal for anyone looking for somewhere to stay after any type of event at the United Center."

"My only issue was that the AC in our room would not cool the room down and was not blowing much air on any setting. I reported it to the front desk and they said it was a larger issue with the building mechanical system that someone was scheduled to look at. It did not get better over my 3 day stay. Luckily it cooled off at night so the room wasn't 80+ degrees but it still was not as comfortable as it should have been."

"Decent place. Shuttle drivers nice and this free service generally worked out great. One issue one late night from the train of miscommunication but that happens. Easy to get taxi or uber if needed. Good spot for shops and food near hotel. It is a long train ride to the city but that was fine for our 3 day stay. Took about 45 minutes. Hotel breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfy and quiet. Good place!"
