“The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful.……

“just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby.
Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.”

“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy).
Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”
