“We were assigned an accessible room during our stay. While the bathroom was quite spacious, it was highly inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the sink was extremely narrow. Additionally, there were some issues with the lighting; the room was poorly lit, and the spherical lamp next to the bed kept flickering. On the positive side, the room offered a very open and lovely view, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast selection was also extensive and of good quality.”

“I cannot recommend this hotel. The service did not match the price. Rooms were only cleaned after 3 days, and daily cleaning costs extra. The bathroom had no lock, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed made loud noises all night so I couldn’t sleep. I did not have a pleasant stay.”

“In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am……
