A superb location on several acres of ground overlooking a lake with swans, geese and ducks plus some unusual small birds near the house. Excellent hosts who provide all that’s needed, including freshly baked bread and cakes as a welcome gift. Although the phone connection is patchy throughout Norfolk, it seems, this was not a real problem. With an electric car, the local Gridserve electric forecourt was useful, with summer discounted prices. Plenty of picturesque locations to visit, including Sandringham, National Trust and English Heritage properties. Overall, a relaxing stay, peaceful and quiet with exceptional hosts.

Little Gem

Great property lovely location gardens and lake very impressive. Owners on site very lovely couple and very friendly dog . Bungalow was very spacious and very well maintained. Hope to book again for next year
