「As this property is currently For Sale, there are a few areas that could be better serviced. The pool is lovely, the loungers not so much. The Guiones area in general is going thru tremendous "gentrification" (construction) with much turnover of businesses and escalated prices on everything. It would be paradise if they could limit the motorized vehicles - but that is highly unlikely to happen. Progress has eaten up another beautiful spot. 」
