"I was in Japan for 2 weeks, stayed in 5 locations. This was my absolute favorite hotel and location. Walkable to and from train and bus locations, shopping and fabulous restaurants all super close. Beautiful property! Very comfortable room. Soaking tub was perfect (on average we walked 20k steps a day) absolutely recommend this hotel. "

"Fantastic property so close to the train station. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa. The glass between the spa and the bedroom was cracked, some swimwear missing and limited kitchen items (1 sharp knife).
