Wunderschöner Aufenthalt direkt am Strand

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Aussen-PP in Sichtweite. Mobiliar bescheiden, aber ok. Die Wohnung ist für mehr als 4 Personen ausgelegt, jedoch gab es nicht mehr Stühle (für uns hat es gereicht). Für mich persönlich war das Bett viel zu hart (Federkernbett). Fazit: Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort Ferien machen :-)

Ottima location per la famiglia

La villa è in una posizione spettacolare, proprio in riva al mare.. I servizi sono essenziali, ma c'è tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio; in particolare per una famiglia. Il sig.. Concetto si è prodigato per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Decisamente consigliata per chi ama il mare ma desidera anche visitare le bellezze della Sicilia!

Quel bonheur!!!!!! Une maison a 10 mètres du bord de la mer. Un propriétaire très sympathique, très serviable. Le paradis est en Sicile!!!

Bellissima e tranquilla località, mare stupendo, caraibico.

La casa è proprio sul mare: si può fare il bagno e tornare a casa per farsi la doccia. È una casa molto spaziosa e molto comoda, visibilissima. Ha due stupendi terrazzi sui quali si può stare in alternativa alla spiaggia. Ha anche uno spazio esterno alla cucina per pranzare, grigliare all'aperto che noi abbiamo usato piacevolmente. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Wunderbare Lage

Die große Terrasse der Villa ist wirklich ein Traum, entweder zum Sonnenbaden (eine Liege mehr wäre schön gewesen), oder abends gemütlich bei Kerzenschein. Den Ausblick übers Meer und die direkte Nähe zum Strand haben wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. Die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und der Hof mit der separaten Dusche und der Grillmöglichkeit waren einfach perfekt, auch wenn die Einrichtung/Ausstattung der Villa schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Bessere Lage gibt es nicht

Der Ort außerhalb von Saison ist ausgestorben aber das Haus und der Strand ist ganz toll. Wir haben es genossen, besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Villa fantastica, a pochi passi da un mare cristallino e una spiaggia color oro a dir poco favolose. La villa, pulitissima, fornita di tutto gli accessori, con camere molto grandi , wi-fi gratis, una veranda con vista mare (a pochi metri dalla spiaggia) un atrio sempre all'aperto, che offre anche un box doccia, e un BBQ per passare piacevoli serate. Insomma non posso far altro che consigliarla... è un sogno!

Beautiful Villa

We spent a week in this wonderful villa. The place is strategic for its location: a stone's throw from the beach with a crystal clear sea among the most beautiful in Sicily, with breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. The villa is large and has spacious rooms, equipped with every comfort, clean and well-kept in details. The owner is made available to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A place we would recommend with pleasure

Villa stupenda, molto ampia e confortevole, pulizia ottima, collocata in una zona incantevole con una vista sul mare mozzafiato. Da apprezzare in particolare il doppio terrazzino e il cortile interno dal quale si può godere di una assoluta pace e armonia

Una Casa da dieci e lode

Sulla spiaggia Di San Lorenzo davanti a un mare Caraibico una Casa grande e funzionale con terrazza sul mare e retrocucina esterno enorme con ogni attrezzatura. Posizione strategica a mezz'ora da Noto, accanto alla riserva Di Vindicari. Ma la Vera sorpresa e' la spiaggia libera Di fronte Casa affollata Ma ogni Mattina Pulitissima. A circa un quarto d'ora l'incantevole portopalo di capo passero. La comunicazione con il proprietario e' stata facile e cordiale. Un posto Che Manca appena partiti...

Bellissima casa sul mare

Bellissima villa dotata di una spettacolare veranda di fronte al mare, un grande atrio con BBQ dove è possibile anche pranzare/cenare. Casa pulitissima, dotata di tutto, letti comodissimi, ottima posizione per potersi recare nei vari luoghi di attrazione (Marzamemi, Noto, Portopalo, Vendicari, Siracusa, Ragusa ecc ecc) e soprattutto vicino ad un mare ed una spiaggia meravigliosi. Il proprietario è gentilissimo. Super consigliata.

tutto fantastico!

Casa splendila dotata di tutti i confort, con una spettacolare veranda vista mare che sembra essere sulla spiaggia; praticamente a pochi metri da una spiaggia (libera) e un mare favolosi, proprietario gentilissimo. In poche parole consigliatissima!!!

Splendida villa fronte mare

Villa di fronte al mare super accessoriata con una grande veranda/balcone vista mare veramente notevole per il relax. Spazi grandi sia all'interno che all'esterno della villa. Parcheggio privato comodissimo. Posizione comoda per la bella spiaggia(si esce da casa e si è subito in spiaggia) e per raggiungere la riserva di Vendicari, Marzamemi, Porto Palo a pochi chilometri e per visitare la splendida città di Noto. Consigliatissima
