"We had a wonderful stay! Doug was so helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We were hauling a 18 foot trailer with full size rigs and he made sure we would be able to get in and out. Although the driveway was extremely steep we were able to make it workout with the help of Doug. Beautiful place and every morning we seen deer. "

"Inside of the house was awesome, everyone loved it. The outside, well it may have been a while since someone else occuppied the property. Spider webs on all the balcony/patio areas. The driveway was covered with leaves and acorns.Had to make a quick run to get propane for the grill. One tank was empty, the other lasted about 15 minutes. A power outage affected the area. After the power kicked back on, we soon lost water pressure. We finally got someone out to check it out. Evidently the filter was clogged. In my "opinion", it appears like the filter wasn't cleaned in a while.We had enough firewood for one night. I notified EBR and was told some wood will be deliveried. We left at 3pm for a wedding, advised EBR we haven't received any wood. The advised that wood will be delivered. We returned around 9pm, no wood. I'm not sure if I need to buy more wood on my own. If so, I wish customer service would have said something, instead of promising a delivery. Despite the setbacks, I believe everyone enjoyed the accomdations. The wide open kitchen, dining and living room made it great for the family."
