"Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren...

Die Betreuung war vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken und jederzeit dazwischen ungewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich - einfach perfekt. Cons: Die Warmwasserversorgung unzureichend, für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind, innnen und aussen reichlich Treppen, aber nur für diese."

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Pierluigi war (dank Google Übersetzer) vor und während des Aufenthalts super. Cons: Man muß genau nachlesen an welchem Tag welcher Müll abgeholt wird. Am besten man stellt diesen am Abend davor vor das Tor, da er meistens bis 7 Uhr morgens abgeholt wird."

Obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung stand, hat die Wohnung sogar eine Waschmaschine, was eine positive Überraschung war. Cons: Ziemlich weit am Stadtrand, das haben wir vorher unterschätzt. "Pros: We had a fantastic time at Casa Rita. The house is exactly as described in the listing. It is perfect for two families. The location is excellent for exploring the southern part of Sardinia, especially if you have a car (highly recommend). Rita is an outstanding host, always available and incredibly friendly.
