There are several wi-fi set-ups in the building but I am told that the password is not available to guests even though the signal strength is good. This is a pity as free wi-fi is seemingly offered to guests. An ongoing issue as this was the case last year and SERCO who run the place haven't addressed the issue."

Room cost was around £190 for a double. Paaid on arrival. Check-in was swift - no queue. Room was fine - a double. We didn't eat at the Runway restaurant but we did use the lobby bar again.
