“I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel.

“The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station. We arrived very late on September 3rd and had a pleasant chat with the nice gentleman at the reception. We mentioned that we would be leaving early the next morning and just needed a bed and shower. He immediately asked if we needed a wake-up call. This was the first time in our 14-day journey that we experienced such professional and friendly customer service.
The water pressure in the shower was good. Of course, if I had to……
