The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine.

The vacation unit comes with a shower/WC, gas heating, wooden floors, and natural stone floors. There is a small balcony facing both south and west, complete with balcony furniture and offering a panoramic view of the lake.
