No access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Ski and Wakeboard boats will zip by during the warmer months and even the colder ones too. Ducks, geese, owls, Heron, Egrets are just some of the birds that stop in a visit. If you are lucky a sea otter or two will be on the dock eating mussels. You can even hear the fish jump at night!

Wine country is only 30 minutes away. San Francisco and Oakland also only 30 minutes away.
