「The AC mini split is right above the bed and was leaking right on our head. There were no soaps in the bathroom and none in the kitchen. The water gets turned off in the morning. We had a morning flight put and were leaving the condo at 5 am. We were not able to wash our hands or brush our teeth. Condo location is good, few steps to ADO which us convenient. 」

「We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws.」

「found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value. 」
