Family Vacation 2025

Loved the area & the condominium complex. Pros for the condo•All of the condo staff were excellent- 5 Stars•The pool area is fantastic.•Appliances were great and all in working order, lots of utensils/plates cups and mugs.•Condo was clean and tidy upon arrival•Balcony furniture was excellent with a great view of the beach & to watch the breathtaking sunsets each nightCons for the condo•Beds were VERY hard and not to our liking but adequate•Fry pans need replacing (very well used)•TV would turn on but only Roku in Spanish (even though we had it set to English) then batteries died in remote. •When we asked for the entry instructions 3 days before our stay we were told that we would receive them the next day, the next day came & no entry instructions, we asked again & were told we would receive them 12 hours before we arrived.....you are not dealing with same person each time you message on VRBO so be prepared to get different answers.When you are traveling from another country it is appreciated to have all of your check-in info before you leave home. •The condo needs an instruction book on where things are located. We had no clue where the garbage area was located, where the bathrooms were located at the pool, what to do with our towel keys when we were leaving, ect

We had a few hiccups at the start of the trip but Naya (mgmt group) was responsive to our texts and fixed the issues as quickly as possible. The unit could benefit from a guest manual as some issues could have been avoided completely. You need to keep the master bedroom door closed for the two AC zones to run efficiently. The dishwasher does not work. The unit included the basics (which was nice), toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing soap. They did provide some additional large bath towels which was great. The 2nd bedroom was a little short of storage so one bed had to be used for suitcase/clothing management.The master bedroom had lots of storage, is a great size and has a ceiling fan to run in the evening. The room gets super hot mid morning to late afternoon so it could benefit from insulated curtains. The unit itself was well appointed for 5 people (3 adults and 2 teens) with comfortable, functional furniture, super comfortable beds/sheets and a fabulous view. We all got amazing sleeps here! We watched whales from the nice sized deck (bring your Binos) and again great furniture. The kitchen had plenty of storage and was also equipped with the basics - salt, pepper, coffee, etc. We purchased some paper towels and Lysol wipes. Kitchen also had great appliances (cooktop, toaster oven, toaster and a full sized fridge!). We would stay again.
