"The staff is very good. Quick check in. The airport shuttle drivers were so helpful!! The property is outdated and looks a little run down, shower curtain loose from the wall, ugly paint, loose electrical outlets...that sort of thing, but they make up for it with friendliness, helpfulness and it is clean. Ive been staying here for a number of years and that part has been consistent. ."

"I stay here when I am in transit to other locations in Alaska for the convience of location next to the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and heating with a fantastic shower. "

"I love coming here to relax and reset. The king Jacuzzi suites have extra large tubs that fit two large adults comfortably lying side by side. The tubs and rooms are always clean. The only downside is that the beds are pretty firm, but if you enjoy a firm bed, you will love it. The rooms and throughout the property, there are a lot of cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be taken care of. Sadly, finding good quality help in the maintenance field is a challenge here, so I understand that. if they could find someone or hire a contractor to do the work, this place could quickly turn back into a beautiful property. So, if you can overlook the cosmetic maintenance issues and you're looking for a space to reset and relax and enjoy the extra large Jacuzzi tubs, this is the place to do it. Bonus: They also have a decent workout room and full kitchens in the rooms, so you don't have to waste your money eating out if you don't want to."

"Woderful location for exploring Juneau, nice walk straight to Mendenhall glacier. Make sure to dine at McGivney's which is very close. Everything was clean and comfortable. Super close to the airport or the Alaska marine hwy.."

"Good unit for our visit with Juneau family nearby. Not on the main tourist or bus routes, so if you don't have family to drive you around, you will need a rental car. Juneau is BEAUTIFUL!!!"

"Many thanks to Kelli for a quick response and the ability to handle our group! We had delays in our flight causing us to miss our cruise embarkation. Kelli had a spot for us in Juneau and we throughly enjoyed our day and a half there. Mendenhall Glacier, Gondola ride and hiking. Rental is well placed for glacier hiking. You will need transportation to get into downtown Juneau."
