Location : in a convenient position, just 200 meters from the beach and the town square, in a small private and reserved residence.

Description : ground floor. Recently renovated. Living room with dining table and double sofa bed - independent kitchen - double bedroom - second bedroom with two single beds (or second double bedroom if necessary) - new bathroom with shower and washing machine - garden equipped with table and chairs where you can eat both on the front and on the back. Parking space inside the court.

The price includes:

Beschreibung des Mietobjekts

+ Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand, trotzdem ruhig - kein WLAN! - Haus und Garten wirken wenig gepflegt, der Verandabereich ist abgewohnt - die Wohnung selbst ist teilrenoviert (Bad), Schränke im Schlaf-und Wohnraum wurden erneuert, die Schlafcouch im Wohnraum ist durchgesessen und fleckig, an einer Stelle blättert die Farbe von der Wand - die Küche ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, Schränke schließen nicht richtig, Herd ist an vielen Stellen durchgerostet - Sammelsurium an großenteils unbrauchbaren Töpfen und Pfannen, ebenso zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr - einige Steckdosen in der Wohnung haben sich aus der Wand gelöst (gefährlich für Kinder)
