Location: located in the most peaceful countryside of the Conero, a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo.

Description: charming portion on the first floor of a farmhouse. Entrance onto large and bright living room with sofas and dining table - kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine - master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower box - second bedroom with double bed - third bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower box. Large panoramic terrace with dining table and sun loungers, mosquito nets on all windows.

The price includes:
