  • Location: privileged position, in the centre, on the sea, with umbrella and two reserved sunbeds on the beach in front of Balneare Europa. More unique than rare solution. Description: completely renovated and located facing the sea. Second floor, interior 307, composed as follows:

    Living room with double sofa/bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony/terrace with breathtaking sea view equipped with table and chairs.

    Air conditioning, reserved parking space. Shared laundry room.

    Included in the rental fee is a sun umbrella and two sunbeds at the Europa bathing establishment, located right in front of the residence.

    (Beach service guaranteed until 30/09).

    The best of Marcelli di Numana.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - consumption of water, electricity and gas

    - 24 hour on-site assistance
