The man cave lives up to its name-- we spent a good deal of the weekend playing pool, darts, and card games, used the grill, and were just a few blocks off from some great food and liquor stores. I'd imagine any sort of group would enjoy coming here, though, given other advantages like access to trails and monuments in historic PA. "Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from plates and glassware to pots and pans. The property had plenty of room too! A huge heated sunroom, a sizable great room, and a front porch with the best views of the lake. House came with a fire pit and canoes too and it is right on the beautiful lake. The only small issue we faced was bedrooms are right off the living room, but we were able to move out to the sunroom once...

The house is located walking distance to the lake and has a great view of the ski slopes. Teresa and her husband were very attentive I highly recommend this house. "This is a wonderful alternative to the (lack of) hotel options in Pottsville. The property is centrally located, clean very comfortable and sleeps many. Emily was a wonderful host who responded to every question within minutes. They have added a parking spot for the house which made everything easy. They are about to add the property next door as another option and we will definitely be staying at one of these for all future visits."

"Our feet stuck to the floor upon entering. The toilet rocks. When going down the spiral stairs don’t hit the curtains their held on by the blinds. The couch isn’t as pictured. Its a red pleather couch with Knicks and a broken leg that lets it setting you at an upward/downward angle (I have pics). Some what we expected until the property owner/manager arrived to complain about a shared driveway parking that contractors were working on upon our stay. I even moved my vehicle at 7am for them.
