"Awesome property sits nicely on the beautiful private sandy beach of Lake Michigan. About 30 steps to the beach and property came with plenty of beach chairs and fire pits. Booking, payment process and access to the property was flawless and enjoyed the stay."

"We hiked at saugatuck dunes state park, went downtown holland, went to tunnel park. Enjoyed some local family. Very nice stay. Loved the location!!!"

"Great communication from Lara and we felt very welcome, the cottage is well maintained and the flowers around the house were beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed. The house is quiet and the neighborhood is safe and the room-darkening blinds are a plus."

"A great get away, its small with stairs, which was no problem for us. The location is wonderful, small towns nearby with good restaurants and grocery stores. A quick drive to Holland and State Parks. We had a wonderful time. And its dog friendly!"

"My sisters and I stayed here for our annual “Girl Week”. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this house. The host couple took this old home down to the studs and built an incredible place for friends and families to enjoy and make new memories. Every room of this home is well thought out and comfortable. Everything is new except for the floor which they were able to salvage. It’s such a cool place with lots of history. They thought of everything! There is a fire pit in the fully fenced in...

"We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. "

"This place was amazing. Roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Spending time in Grand Rapids and Holland Michigan so the location was in between both and so easy to find. The place came with everything we needed. There was a pond and a walking trail, dog park and beautiful grounds. The place was spotless and nice decor. Would stay there again"

"The property was amazing, great views, plenty of outdoor seating, and the pontoon boat was an added bonus. There was plenty of space for all 11 of us to fit and hang out comfortably. The property manager was very helpful, kind, available when needed and communicative. Highly recommend staying here!"

Clean and a great value

"The hotel room was much cleaner than the highly magazine rated and reviewed hotel from an independent brand that I stayed at a few weeks before in Tennessee. Breakfast was your typical continental buffet, nothing amazing, I'd go to a local bakery personally, but for the price, this was an excellent layover for one night. Staff was all friendly and personable, location was a bit hard to find."
