"Room and bed were quiet and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Car park spaces a bit tight due to the shape of the space, but also parking on the road. I had to leave before the 8am breakfast so can’t comment, but staff very kindly left me a bag of croissants & jam outside the door. As a lone woman I also felt safe here. Co-op was a short walk away."

"Leaze Garden Cottage was excellent , well equipped and super clean.The garden space had plenty of seating area for sunny afternoons .Ideally situated for Bath , Wells and Bradford -on-Avon.Frome is just a 10/15min walk , with plenty of artisan shops and cafés. We had a lovely 3 days stay ."
"The cottage was as described, in the heart of the village, lovely, comfortable and fully equipped. We ve enjoyed having breakfast in the outside space at rear, watching and listening to the brook. This makes the place a real gem. Nunney is a very picturesque and quiet village, yet with a lively pub and a very nice Cafe. And so many lovely walks with stunning views on the fiels and surrounding hills. It has been very easy to check in and to communicate with Andrew and the cleaning service is very good."
"We have just returned from a fabulous 3 night stay. From our welcome to us leaving everything was just perfect. We were visiting family & arrived late the first night so went to the local pub as advised by Joss. Beautiful home cooked steak pie. Slept well & comfortable all 3 nights. Breakfast was lovely & fresh each day. Joss & team extremely warm and inviting. Nothing is too much trouble. Situated very close to Bath & Longleat so was perfect for our stay. Thank you Joss for your hospitality. We would most definitely stay here again.

"Kate and Ian were very friendly and welcoming . The property is stocked with everything you could need and is very clean. Ian and Kate were both very willing to help if there were any questions. Ian had to show us how the electric Aga worked which was simple once you knew how. They provided us with some lovely fresh eggs from their chickens. Really was a great base for the holiday. The Cross Keys pub which is literally across the road does fantastic food. We went into Bath and Salisbury, had a trip to Weymouth (about 1.5hrs away) but worth the trip and also went to Longleats safari park which was great and only 5 miles away. (Don’t go into the monkey bit if you are worried about them damaging your car, we left minus an aerial ). Overall a great holiday. Darren, Julie, Richard and Mary"
"Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. "
