We offer you our 80sqm apartment on the ground, in which you will feel right at home. It is in the middle of garlic land, so directly surrounded by fields and meadows. As the bus stop is right in front of the house, you can reach Nuremberg (20min), Fürth (15min) Erlangen (10min) and in all three cities there are great weekly and Christmas markets.

In addition to the living room and two bedrooms, there is a large kitchen and a large bathroom (with tub and shower) and you can also use a large terrace. There is enough room in each room for an extra cot.

Our spacious kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove and oven as well as dishwasher and microwave. You will also find toaster, water and tea maker and coffee machine and everything you need in the closets.
Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by bike, just talk to us. Norma 500m west, Edeka and Aldi 1km west, Lidl 800m north, Rewe 1km east of the apartment. It is also possible to buy directly from the farmers around the corner.
In 2m walking distance is a bakery in the center of Boxdorf (The Beck). Besides Norma and Rewe are also bakeries. On Sundays, the baker between Edeka and Aldi has opened.

You can park behind the house under the linden tree. There are two places here, so please save space. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and the terrace can be used for smoking breaks.

The Wi-Fi can be used free of charge for everyday things (research & friends). Loading and watching movies is not allowed and limited.

We are happy to assist you with insider tips to plan your day. In addition to many information brochures, city maps are available in the apartment.

In the middle of the garlic land you will find every month new vegetables and fruits or plants that are grown. Sometimes you see hares or can watch the farmer harvest.

Public transport is directly opposite the house. The bus leaves so at the front door and you come in all three cities. Also a S-Bahn station is 5km away and it is cheap (P + R) in the city center.

In our 80sqm flat with huge balcony you will find all you need for a pleasent stay. Close to Nuremberg (20min), Fürth (15min) and Erlangen (10min). Bus departure in the front of the house. Train station 5km. In the middle of an agricultural adventure world close to fields and greens.

With very spacious rooms you can stay as a family or business partner and have your separate rooms. Each equipped with space for your clothes. One room is equipped with couches so you can gather together and watch TV. All rooms have shutters, so you can choose to sleep longer. The spacious kitchen is separate at the end of the hallway. It has all you need during your visit. Dishwasher, Microwave and all conventional supplies. Next to it you want to find a day light bathroom. The spacious balcony can be used for relaxing in the sun or breathing fresh air. As it is a non smoking apartment, please use the balcony for your cigarette break. You just want to feel like you are at home.

Free parking spots are available at the ground and access limited to you and the family neighborhood.

The WIFI could be used for other things like staying in contact with others or surfing. Streaming will not be possible, as it is limited by stay.

If you like we can recommend you certain spots of interest. Support documents for planning daytrips and visiting the cities are available in the apartment.

Every month you can watch different things. The area is surrounded by many fields and heaps of farmland. You can test your agricultural knowledge.

Public transport (bus stop) is directly opposite the house. Buses can bring you to all three cities. The highway is only a few kilometers away and train stations are close by (5km)
