The single rrom, lowest category, is a spacy, completely equipped one room apartment. It has everything, incl. Well-designed work- and living space. It was a great experience. Staff is friendly, patient and self-controlled, room service very well trained and professional.

Some strange guests that did listen lound music till after midnight and did not react to very friendly staff/night porter. Also staff at day shift very friendly. Location is good, close to Public Transportation. Walkable Downtown. Would I rebook. No, because dated and stained interior and seriously some strange people as guests. Positive is the Location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall experience was acceptable, but could be better for the following reasons: the most important one was the smell of the room, as rooms have a small kitchen, room smells like spices and fried food, no matter what I tried the smell was still there, even I had to sleep with an open window, staff were friendly except for the guy who is on night duty, rooms are renovated but the hotel public space like hallways and lobby still very old, carpets are very dirty, and in my case I have to walk like 5 mins to reach my room as the hotel is big but the rooms are not easy accessible.

Very friendly personnel everywhere! We stayed in a regular room. It is very cleverly designed with everything you would need in a small space. Breakfast was great, there are even eggs to order if you ask. The only thing I would change is garage access. You cannot enter the garage without a key card, but there is no where to temporarily park and go in and get a key card before you check in! Also, you need that card to get from the garage into the building.
